Health

* Year-round Medical Mission in partnership with the Private Sector, NGOs, NGAs, etc.

Nutrition

* Responsive and comprehensive feeding program.

Social Welfare and Protective Services

* Provision of social welfare services.
* Support program for the Senior Citizens and differently-abled persons
- Ensure compliance to expanded law R.A. 9994
- Focused monthly check up and treatment to each barangay senior citizens organization
- Free access to cinema
* Strengthening and institutionalization of Disaster Preparedness Program.
- Reorganize/reactivate the City???s Rescue Team
- Capacitate the members of the CDCC and Rescue Team
- Purchase of equipment and materials for disaster management.
- Revisit and revise the Disaster Preparedness Plan.

* Maintenance of public safety and security and ultimately of the city???s peace and order condition.
- Purchase of materials and equipment for PNP
- Increase the number of PNP personnel
- Activation of SWAT (PNP Koronadal)
- Capacitate our PNP, BPATS and other partners for peacekeeping.
- Establishment of neighborhood police station per BPAT cluster

V. Dangal ng Koronadal Program

Education

Integration of the eight core values in the module/design of every LGU program, in order to facilitate values transformation and to set a new paradigm of social values.
* Gain active participation of all sectors such as churches, NGOs, Pos, schools, Business Sector, and the barangays in promoting and in including the city???s adopted values of life.
* Revive the Bayanihan Spirit in implementing community projects and activities.
* Conduct massive advocacy and IEC in promoting and inculcating the desired values in every Koronadaleno.

Manpower Development

* Expnasion of Iskolar ng Koronadal (ISKO) Scholarship Program.

Strengthen linkages and networking with TESDA, other government agencies, and NGOs.

Culture and Sport Development

Develop the city???s potentials in sports, making it as the city???s pride and unique identity.
Establish partnership and linkages with the appropriate institutions and personalities.

VI. TOURISM DEVELOPMENT

Tourism

* Eco-Parks Development
Conversion of the existing controlled dumpsite into an Eco-Park.
Redevelopment of El Gawel into a Zoological and Botanical Sanctuary and as Rainforest Resource.
Redesigning and development of Rizal Park into People???s Park.
Redesigning and development of the old city hall and its vicinity into an Economic and Culture and Arts Center.
* Development of urban pocket gardens and monument sites
* Restoration and promotion of historical sites.
* Development of potential natural tourist spots.
* Establishment of Museo Pambata
* Establishment of Pasalubong Center
* Massive and wider coverage of promotional activities.

Festival

* Institutionalized the conduct of Hinugyaw, Christmas Festival and Charter Anniversary celebrations.

Institutional and Policy Support Mechanism

* Re-organize and activate the City???s Tourism Council and creation of Historical Council.
* Establish and implement the accreditation system for tourism facilities, amenities and services.
* Strengthen linkage and network with the Department of Tourism, operators/owners of tourism-related businesses in the city, and other stakeholders.
* Establish Tourism Administration Office.
