Hotels and Lodging Houses - They are dispersely located in the locality with the most within the poblacion.
Shopping Malls and Groceries - Four department stores and two shopping malls with four (4) cinemas each are operating in Koronadal. These are located right at the heart of the town.
Restaurants and Fast Foods Centers - Located within the heart of the city serve Koronadalians and its visitors. Since there is an abundant of food in the locality, foods are most likely sold at a much cheaper price compared to other nearby places.
A community museum operated by the provincial government showcases local artifacts and historical memento. A park which is maintained by the city government is a potential venue of family picnic during week-ends due to the presence of sprawling tall trees and well trimmed green grasses that exudes an ambiance of coolness and tranquility. A private developer ( Golden Valley Garden ) is also developing a park located at the top of a hill.
A world-class sports complex and gymnasium is located in Koronadal. A national and international sports activities had been held hjere: the 1996 Palarong Pambansa, the EAGA Friendship Games, world Boxing Bout between Espinosa and Puertorican Carlos Rios in 1997, the series of MBA games and the coming Cotabato Regional Athletic Association Meet (CRAA) on 2003. The gymnasium is also a favorite venue for big conventions, conferences and shows. Other sports facilities includes: one (1) shooting range (where a national shooting competition in 1998 held); two (2) tennis courts; one (1) 20 lane bowling park; one (1) golf course; one (1) driving range; and seven (7) swimming pools.
Convention Center - Aside from the South Cotabato Cultural Center and Gymnasium which is a favorite site for conventions and conferences of large participation, Koronadal has other facilities operated and managed by private groups which can cater to this purpose. Big hotels in the locality provide for multi-purpose function rooms for conferences and conventions.
Festivals and Cultural Attractions - As part of its tradition, Koronadal is holding the annual weeklong Christmas Festival which kicks-off every 16th of December and the well celebrated City Foundation Anniversary every 10th of January and Charter City Anniversary every 8th of October. The provincial government is also celebrating in a festive mood the Provincial foundation Anniversary every 18th of July. These festivals offer variety of special activities such that these have already attracted tourists as its spectators.
Culture and Arts - Group that are great potential for the tourism sector development.
Historical Places - Koronadal has three historical places; these are the Bulok Creek, City Hall site and Pilot Central School . These were the sites of and heroic acts of the natives of the land in defense of freedom.
Community Stories - Kolondatal is a stage drama portrayed by the selected City Employees. It describes the history of Koronadal. The struggles and the heroic acts of the defender of their land are exquisitely depicted in their community story.
Arts and Handicrafts -
Since Koronadal has an agri-based economy, its major handicrafts are hand made3 papers made of banana leaves, cogon leaves and nito. This handicraft business is located in Barangay. Saravia, Barangay San Jose, Brgy. Morales and Brgy. Sta. Cruz, have great potentials for these bamboo and nito handicraft.
The Provincial Jail inmates, likewise, produce a variety of handicrafted bamboo and woodcraft products.
Other than the physical and labor infrastructure support, Koronadal possesses potentials for scenic and adventure tourism. The existence of natural wonders in some of the barangays promises loads of fun and adventure for those longing for the fresh touch of nature; Koronadal’s springs, waterfalls and caves.
