15 Beneficiaries avail swine dispersal program

15 beneficiaries availed swine dispersal as one of the livelihood programs of the city government of Koronadal. The said beneficiaries were all members of cooperative and identified as follows:

Farmers Mamumugon

  5. Helen Labateja

TUD Bolul Association

  1. Ronie Sanamual
  2. Avelino Emba
  3. Laurencio Pandat
  4. Glen Mark Sulan
  5. Rogelio Labadia

New Pangasinan Credit Cooperative

  1. Elizabeth Pabalate
  2. Benito Blase
  3. Ninfa Baclaan
  4. Marcial Pardinas
  5. Emelinda Pardinas

The recipients on the other hand were identified through the screening committees that composed of the offices; the Mayor’s, Community Affairs and Cooperative.

City Veterinarian Dr. Charlemagne Calo said the swine dispersal is a product of an artificial insemination in which the purpose is to elevate the status of Koronadalenos. 

Prior to the swine dispersal, there was a ceremonial turned-over at city hall lobby which was attended by City Administrator Atty. Rene Jumilla, City Veterinarian Dr. Charlemagne Calo, UNACO Pigrolac representative and three beneficiaries representing their respective cooperative.

The ceremonial turned-over was done last Monday July 22, 2019, during city employees’ flag raising ceremony.
