Mayor Ogena in a statement hopes this program motivates the barangays to move towards the vision of the new administration. Under the law, may supervision ang LGU sa barangay, we cannot dictate but we can influence... Updan niyo kami kung gusto niyo magdaog. Madamo gid nga salamat.”
